Purchase & Shipping Policies

We are not responsible for delays caused by parcel delivery as this is beyond our control and we do not issue refunds.
  • Our shipments are available throughout Mexico.
  • We are not responsible for damage or loss caused by the courier if your order was not insured.
  • We offer international shipping.
  • Standard shipping price is $175, Express $200.
  • Orders take 1 to 2 business days to prepare depending on demand.
  • Standard shipping orders take 3-7 business days to deliver due to peak season.
  • Express shipping orders take 1-4 business days to deliver due to peak season.
  • Orders placed after 5:00pm will be shipped as next-day orders.
  • For local deliveries, the cost depends on the municipality. San Pedro Garza García, San Nicolas de los Garza, and Monterrey are $100. Guadalupe, Santa Catarina, Escobedo, and the National Highway are $150.
  • When shipping locally, delivery is estimated to take 1 to 5 business days depending on the municipality.
  • When shipping via Standard Shipping with our provider FedEx, delivery is estimated to take 3-5 business days, depending on the carrier.
  • When shipping Express with our provider FedEx, delivery is estimated to take 1-3 business days, depending on the carrier.
  • When you make your purchase, the garment/accessory will be delivered to the parcel service within the next 24 to 48 hours (business days).
  • All orders placed through zalmaapparel.com will be delivered by courier companies other than Zalma Apparel.
  • We are not responsible for delays or losses of products when delivered to the courier.
  • The product will be delivered to the address indicated by the user on the account portal.
  • If the package does not arrive at the requested location, it will be deposited at the nearest parcel service branch.
  • Returns are not accepted, only style or size exchanges are accepted within 12 days of purchase. To accept an exchange, the purchase receipt must be presented, and the garments must be in perfect condition with tags intact.
  • For exchanges on foreign purchases, please send your return receipt to the following address within 5 days of receiving your purchase via the courier of your choice:
National Highway #500, Valle Alto Neighborhood, Zip Code 64989, Monterrey, Nuevo León. (If a prepaid guide is required, please notify us.)
  • In exceptional cases, the delivery may take one to two weeks.
  • Returns and exchanges are not accepted on items that are in the pre-order section or are in stock.
  • Certificates will only be valid within two months of being issued.
  • Discount codes are only valid on select Zalma Apparel products.
  • There are no returns or exchanges on items purchased at a discount.

  • There are locations where express shipping is not available. If this is the case and the package has been paid for, it will be shipped as standard.
  • Due to courier policy, EXPRESS orders placed on Thursday night, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be picked up by the courier on Monday.
  • In extended areas an extra charge is given by the parcel service.
  • In the event of an exchange of garments, the return shipping of the garment is the customer's responsibility.

INSURED SHIPPING

Package insurance covers purchases over $3,000 pesos. If you do not insure your package, we are not responsible for damage or loss caused by the package.

 

GIVEAWAYS POLICIES

 

  • The prize will be awarded 10 days after the drawing . Otherwise, you will lose your right to the gift.
  • The prize will be valid only in the manner and place (branch) that Zalma Apparel defines.
  • The prize is valid for a single display of purchase.
  • If the prize is merchandise from the stores, the original price of the item will be taken into account.
